Our innovative and transformative approach to permit processes was market leading during release of our Permit Module in 2023. Our digital permit solutions facilitated a shift for clients from manual, paper-based work permit processes to a more dynamic and accurate system. For one of our clients, this transition led to an impressive 45% increase in permit completion rates, enhancing the management of critical permit requirements such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Hot Work. This module not only streamlines the entire permit process but also enhances critical visibility and enforcement of site permit requirements. As a result, it significantly reduces our clients’ site risk profiles and future liabilities.
- Document Management
The use of Verified’s document management system for critical and non-critical documents has significantly increased, with over 103,000 documents stored and retrieved by our clients. Offering live and centralised access, with an expanded range of document categories, including Annual Fire Safety Statements, traffic management plans, environmental & privacy policies, hazardous materials and evacuation diagrams, OH&S policies, procedures, and building construction information. Efficient and accurate document management proved to be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency for our clients, demonstrating Verified’s expertise in providing streamlined solutions in the field.

The true impact of Verified in managing risk and governance came to light when a client recognised the platform’s potential to ensure delivery of their ‘Modern Slavery’ information.
