There’s plenty happening at Verified this month. Site activity has been upgraded to make day-to-day oversight clearer, we explore why the strongest audit records are built long before an audit begins, and we welcome Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN).
Coming Soon: New Site Activity Upgrades and Functionality
Site Activity already gives authorised users visibility of who is on site and access to current and previous visit records. An upcoming upgrade will build on this with additional functionality, including:
- Adding comments and attachments directly to individual Site Activity records
- Using quick status filters, including Currently on site and Denied access
- Manual checking out of people directly from Site Activity
- Reviewing and managing Site Activity through a refreshed view

Audit-Ready Every Day
Audit readiness is built well before an audit is scheduled or a compliance review begins. It depends on accurately capturing operational evidence from your sites every day. When your compliance evidence and information is fragmented and scattered (for example, inductions in one system, credentials in another, attendance in a spreadsheet, etc.), gaps become harder to identify and records harder to produce when they are requested.
A stronger approach is to collate evidence so work is captured as it happens. Records from visitor management, inductions, pre-start checks, permits and contractor activity can provide a clearer, more consistent picture of what occurred, who was involved, where and when, making relevant information easier to find when it is needed most.

Welcome FUNLHN (SA Health)
We’re pleased to welcome Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN), part of SA Health, to Verified.
FUNLHN has implemented Verified’s Visitor and Induction modules to centralise visitor and contractor information and provide Facility Managers with clearer visibility across their sites. Staff quickly adopted the new workflows, supporting an easy transition across their site network, contractors, and visitors.
This new partnership is a strong example of how a focused, coordinated rollout can bring multiple sites online quickly, with minimal disruption and strong uptake from day one.
