Portal Upgrades – What Is New
Verified has been working on key upgrades to improve the portal experience for our clients. The existing Site Maintenance feature has been replaced with a new Site Information section, bringing significant updates, including:
- Major UI and Performance Enhancements – A cleaner, more intuitive interface for improved usability.
- New Client Admin Editing Access – For the first time, Client Admins can update and modify site details, empowering self-service management.
- Enhanced Site Lists – New filters, including the ability to view inactive sites.
- New Contacts Feature – Easily see Site Contacts and the notifications each role receives.
- Expanded Induction & Site Notice Management – Making it easier to self-manage, ensuring key site information is always up to date for all attendees.
- QR Codes Relocated – Now in a dedicated section for better visibility.
These enhancements will go live at the end of April, delivering better performance, a streamlined experience, and greater self-management capabilities.
