What's Ahead in 2026 –
Exciting Platform Upgrades
The way facilities teams manage sites, contractors, and compliance is continuing to evolve, and so is the Verified platform. Over the coming months, we’re rolling out a series of exciting new updates designed to give teams greater visibility, more control, and easier access to the information that matters most.
These developments focus on three key areas: contractor performance insights, upgrades to site activity visibility/tracking, and expanded self-management capabilities. We’re putting more control directly into the hands of teams, saving time, reducing costs, and supporting better day-to-day decision-making.
TL:DR – Platform Upgrades Coming Soon
- Enhanced Contractor Performance Visibility: Stronger reporting features, with faster and more detailed insights.
- Upgraded Site Activity: Improved views improve usability, visibility, and collaboration for teams.
- Expanded Self-Management Tools: Greater control over your maintenance schedules, service capture, and compliance requirements.
Contractor Performance: Enhanced Functionality & Reporting
As part of our ongoing improvements, Verified is rolling out enhanced contractor performance reporting that allows users to generate targeted, contractor-specific reports with far less effort.
Upgrades to the Verified platform scheduled early this year will mean users can:
- Extract individual contractor report data directly;
- Use enhanced filters to customise and extract valuable reports based on your reporting requirements; and
- Self-manage service details and requirements for each site.
These improvements will support clearer conversations with your contractors, providing stronger performance oversight, and more defensible reporting when it’s needed most.
Demos showcasing these reporting enhancements along with increased visibility of site-level personnel and users are available. You can also come see it in action at FMA on 26 February in Melbourne.
Upgrades to Site Activity: Clearer Views for Teams
Site activity is one of the most heavily used areas of Verified’s portal, so usability is critical. Upcoming updates introduce a refreshed interface and improved layouts that will make site activity easier to navigate, more intuitive to use, and better suited for day-to-day operational workflows.
These improvements will provide clearer visibility across teams and site portfolios, helping users quickly understand what’s happening on-site, who’s involved, and where action is required. Reporting of site activity has also been simplified, with built-in functionality now making it easier to extract and share insights without manual workarounds. The result is a clearer, more practical experience that supports collaboration and reduces day-to-day administrative effort for teams.
Self-Management: Move Flexibility, More Control
Last year’s key requests from our trusted partners and clients was to increase self-management to give users greater control, without adding complexity. Verified is expanding access to tools that allow teams to add or remove services, manage maintenance schedules, and customise induction requirements directly within the platform.
These updates will mean you can self-manage your service due dates and schedules, reduce manual setup, and ensure more consistency across your sites. With greater flexibility and customisation, teams can configure Verified to better reflect how their sites operate.
We remain committed to supporting smarter, more efficient site management in 2026. As the platform continues to evolve, our focus remains on visibility, control, and practical tools that make work easier for facilities teams.
